2022-23: Cross Country: Competed in five meets for the Spartans … Set a new personal best of 24:55.9 in the 8k at the Lehigh Paul Short Run … Opened the season with a season-best 6k time of 18:34.5 at the Spider Alumni Open … Took second at the MEAC Cross Country Championships with an 8k time of 25:32.1, earning All-MEAC honors.
Indoor: Named Co-Most Outstanding Runner at the MEAC Indoor Championships, winning the mile in 4:14.57, taking second in the 800 (1:53.95) and 5,000 meters (14:54.98 – personal record), and leading the distance medley relay team to victory (10:12.53) … Opened the season at the Sharon Colyear Danville Season Opener, finishing 7

Outdoor: Named Most Outstanding Runner at the MEAC Outdoor Championships, winning the 800 (1:51.32), 1500 (3:52.73), and 3000-meter steeplechase (9:27.15) … Also took second in the 800 meters (1:53.09), fifth in the 5,000 meters (15:58.24), and sixth in the javelin throw (159-1) at the MEAC Championships … Opened the season with a personal record (1:50.39) in the 800 meters at the Raleigh Relays to take 10

2021-22: Indoor: Won the 800 in each of his first two meets as a Spartan, the East Coast Invitational (1:57.83) and the Kenneth Giles Invitational (1:58.14) … Won the MEAC title in the mile with a season-best 4:21.98 … Also ran a leg on the winning DMR team and was fourth in the 800 meters.Â
Outdoor: Won the 1,500 meters at the NSU Invitational in 3:59.69 … Ran season-best times of 1:55.11 in the 800 and 3:54.46 in the 1,500 at the Virginia Challenge … Was top four in three events at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … Won the 1,500 in 3:57.78 … was runner-up in the steeplechase in 9:30.06 … Also placed fourth in the javelin throw with a top effort of 152-11.
2020-21: Cross Country: Season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Outdoor: Competed in six meets … Ran the 800 at High Point, the Aggie Invitational and USC Open … Competed in the 1,500 and 5,000 at the Aggie Classic, finishing fourth in both events … Won two MEAC outdoor titles, taking the gold in the 1,500 (3:58.46) and javelin throw (154-10) … Also finished fifth in the 800 meters … Tied his PR at the time in the 800 with a 1:50.59 clocking at the Aggie Twilight Meet.
2019-20: Cross Country: Competed in six meets as a sophomore cross country runner … Ran a 6k personal-best 17:54.2 at the Adidas XC Challenge hosted by N.C State in Cary, N.C., as he finished in fourth place among some of the top runners in the nation … Won the Greensboro Cross Country Invitational hosted by Hagan Stone Park on Sept. 28 by running an 25:13.4 … It was his first career win in cross country … Placed second at the Great American XC Festival on Oct. 5 when he ran a 28:32.1 in the 8k event … Placed fourth at the High Point University Vertcross on Oct. 18 when he crossed the finish line in 25:18.0 … Earned first-team All-MEAC honors at the MEAC cross country championships by finishing sixth on Oct. 26 with a time of 25:50.0.
Indoor: Competed in five meets during the season … Had a second-place finish in the distance medley relay with his teammates at the Jim Green Invitational hosted by the University of Kentucky with a time of 10:00.08 … Placed second in the 800m at the Hokie Invitational hosted by Virginia Tech as he ran a 1:51.05 on Jan. 25 … Posted two personal-best at the University of South Carolina’s Carolina Challenge as he ran a 4:09.72 in the mile to finish fifth and a 8:24.11 in the 3000m to finish fifth … Ran a season-best 14:55.31 in the 5000m to win at the Tyson Invitational at the University of Arkansas on Feb. 15 … Had another outstanding MEAC indoor championship at the Prince George’s County Sports & Learning Center, Feb. 27-29, as he had three first-place finishes and one third-place finish … Won the mile (4:18.37), 5000m (14:59.65) and the DMR (10:04.29) … Finished the 800 in 1:55.19 to score 37 points and to be named MEAC Most Outstanding Male Track Athlete.

2018-19: Cross Country: Competed in three races during his freshman season … Made his collegiate cross country debut on Aug. 31 at the 6k Elon Opener where he finished third with a 6k personal-best 18:41.5 … Helped the Aggies win the MEAC championship by crossing the finish line at 26:50.8 in the 8k event to finish second … Earned first-team All-MEAC honors.
Indoor: Participated in six meets as a freshman at N.C. A&T after arriving at the university from Kenya … Made his collegiate indoor debut with a bang by winning the 3000m at the JDL College Classic Kick-off on Dec. 1 at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C., as he crossed the finish line in 8:44.70 … Placed second at the Virginia Tech Invitational, Jan. 11-12, in the 800m by running a 1:54.09 … At the same meet, finished sixth in the mile with a time of 4:19.27 … Had another great showing at Virginia Tech the following week by finishing second in the 800m and 3000m … Ran a 1:52.27 in the 800 and a 8:26.47 in the 3000 … At the Carolina Challenge, Jan. 31-Feb. 2 at the University of South Carolina, he finished second in the mile at 4:11.52 and third in the 5000m at 15:00.37 … Had another second-place finish in the mile at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational on Feb. 9 when he finished in 4:15.01 … His first appearance at the MEAC Indoor Track and Field Championships in Landover, Md., Feb. 21-23, was spectacular … He had three first-place finishes to help the Aggies win the title as he finished first in the 800m (1:53.42), mile (4:20.32) and 5000m (15:02.85) … Was named the MEAC’s Most Outstanding Male Athlete as a freshman for his performances.
Outdoor: Competed in six meets as a freshman outdoor runner … Made his collegiate debut at the Florida Relays at the University of Florida where he ran a 4:01.40 in the 1500m … Placed third in the Phoenix Invitational in the 800 and 3000m steeplechase at Elon University as he finished the 800 in 1:54.39 and the 3000m steeplechase in 9:58.14 … Had an outstanding Aggie Invitational at N.C. A&T’s Irwin Belk Track as he won the 800m in 1:50.59, he finished second in the 1500m in 4:00.98 and he had a seventh-place finish in the javelin with a throw of 138-feet … Placed second at the LSU Alumni Gold in the 800m on April 20 as he crossed the line in 1:51.25 … Scored a whopping 25 points at his first MEAC outdoor championship to help the Aggies win another conference title as he finished first in the 1500m with a personal-best 3:55.00 … Finished second in the 800m (1:52.52) and third in the 3000m steeplechase (9:37.16).
