2016-17: Named to the NSU AD’s Honor Roll for the fall semester and was selected to the MEAC All-Academic Team. Indoor: Ran a season-best 60m time of 6.89 while finishing in third place at the CNU Holiday Open … Was fifth (6.97) at the Art & Linda Maillet UNC Open … Took fifth in the triple jump (42-5.5) and eighth in the long jump (20-9.75) at the CNU Captains Invitational … Qualified for the MEAC in the long jump (11th place, 21-11.75) and 60m (12th place, 6.95). Outdoor: Won the 100 meters at the Tribe Invitational in 11.05 seconds … Helped the 4x100 relay team place second at the Virginia Grand Prix and fifth at the MEAC Outdoor Championships.

2015-16: Indoor: Long-jumped a season-best 22-10 to take third place at the Hampton Indoor Invitational … Was also fifth at the UNC Open with a top leap of 22-1 … Placed fifth in the triple jump (42-5.5) in his only meet competing in that event during the year, at the CNU Captains Invitational … Competed in both the 60 meters (season-best 6.97) and long jump at the MEAC Indoor Championships, placing 13th in both events … Member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the fall semester. Outdoor: Season-best long jump was 22-7 during outdoor season, which was good enough for 11th place at the Hampton Relays … Also long jumped at Morgan State (did not place), Penn Relays (20th place) and at the MEAC Outdoor Championships (19th place) … Ran a leg on NSU’s eighth-place 4x100 relay team at the MEAC outdoor meet that clocked a 41.07 … Named to the MEAC All-Academic Team.

2014-15: Indoor: Made his NSU debut by winning the long jump at the CNU Holiday Open in 23 feet, 1.75 inches … Placed third (23-0) at the Penn State Relays … Won the long jump at CNU’s Vince Brown Invitational with an indoor PR of 23-5.5 … Also ran the 60 meters at CNU Holiday Open and Penn State Relays … Member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the fall semester. Outdoor: Won the college section of the Penn State Relays long jump with a PR of 24 feet, 7.75 inches … That ranked as the No. 3 mark in the MEAC during outdoor season … Also won the long jump at the Hampton Relays (24-3.5) and came in fourth at Morgan State (22-9) … Named to the 2014-15 MEAC All-Academic Team … Also selected as the NSU Men’s Track & Field MVP.

2013-14: Redshirted.

High School: Eastern District outdoor champion in the 100m, 200m, long jump and triple jump … Was a state outdoor qualifier in the 100m, 200m and long jump, and placed sixth in the state outdoor meet in the 100 … Won the state indoor championship in the long jump as a senior, and has a PR of 23-1 in that event … Lettered four years in track and field.
