Biography
2012-13: Indoor: Competed in just one meet, running a leg for the 4x400 meter relay team at the CNU Holiday Open. Outdoor: Competed in a pair of meets, William & Mary’s Tribe Open and the NSU Relays … helped the 4x400 relay team place sixth at the Tribe Open (3:29.01) … also ran the 400 meters at W&M and the NSU Relays.
2011-12: Indoor: Competed on NSU’s 4x400 relay team at the Coach O Invitational hosted by UMES (3:29.82). Outdoor: Participated in the 400 meters at the NSU Relays (52.92).
High School: Lettered two years on the track team at Hampton … finished fifth in the 800 meters as a senior, running a personal-best 2:03.43.
Personal: Stefan Alphonso Battles was born on Feb. 2, 1992 … son of Uvonder Colvin … majoring in sociology.
