2024-25: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll both semesters … Also earned MEAC Outdoor and Indoor Track and Field All-Academic accolades ... Received a spot on the CSC All-Academic Team and the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team. Indoor: Helped the Spartans 4x400 meter relay team break the school record at 3:07.75 at the East Coast Invitational, placing second … Won the MEAC Championship as a part of the 4x400 meter relay team (3:08.66) … Earned the silver medal on the DMR team at the same event with a time of 10:17.67 … Started the indoor season by winning the 500 meters at the Liberty Kickoff (1:03.04) … Recorded a ninth place finish in the 400 meters at the East Coast Invitational (48.07) … Placed third with a personal best indoor time at the DI Pre-National in the 400 meters (48.00). Outdoor: Broke the school record as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team at the Penn Relays (3:05.07) … Qualified for the NCAA East Regional quarterfinals in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 51.14, before running a time of 50.97 in the quarterfinals to place 20th … Also ran as a member of the 4x400 meter relay team at the same event, placing 22nd (3:08.36) … Won the gold member on the 4x400 meter relay team with a time of 3:09.34 at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … Placed second in the 400 meter hurdles at the same event (50.90) … Earned a first place finish at the NSU Invite in the 400 meters with a personal best time of 47.30 … Also ran a personal best in the 200 meters at same event (21.75) … Won the 4x400 meter relay to open the season at the USF Alumni Invite with a time of 3:05.67 … Earned a first place finish the following week in the 400 meter hurdles at the Bill Carson Invite (51.91).

Indoor: Competed in five indoor events … Opened the season with a win in the 400 meters at the Marlin Invitational (48.72) … Helped the Spartans’ 4x400 relay team to three second place finishes: at the Penn State National Open (3:11.54),  the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (3:10.18), and the MEAC Indoor Championships (3:10.84) … Ran a personal best in the 200 meters at the DIII Pre-Nationals Invitational, placing seventh (22.11). Outdoor: Competed in seven outdoor meets … Helped the 4x400 relay team break the school record at the Penn Relays with a time of 3:05.57 … Earned third place at the MEAC Outdoor Championships in the 400 hurdles (51.41) … Competed in the NCAA East First Round in the 400 hurdles with a time of 51.89 and as a team with the 4x400 relay team posting a time of 3:07.64 … Earned a pair victories as a member of the 4x400 relay team first at the Raleigh Relays (3:08.12) and at the Duke Invitational (3:07.88).
 
At Iowa Central Community College 2022-23: Indoor: Completed in seven meets … Opened the season with a personal best in the 800 meters and fourth place finish at the SDSU DII Invite (1:55.87) … Helped the 4x400 relay team to a second place finish at the same meet (3:18.94) … Won the 600 meters at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Invite with a time of 1:21.23 … Posted a second place finish at the Jack Johnson Classic in the 400 meters (50.27) … Earned a pair of second-place finishes that the NJCAA Region 11 Championship in the 600 meters (1:21.40) and as a team in the 4x400 relay (3:19.57) … Personal-best in the 600 meters with a time of 1:20.40 at the NJCAA Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Ran in six events during the outdoor season … Earned the fist win of the season in the opener at the Wichita State Shocker Spring Invitational in the 400 hurdles (53.14) … Also at the same meet was a part of the 4x400 relay team that placed second (3:18.21) … Posted a season best in the 400 meters placing fourth with a time of 47.99 … Clocked another season high to end the season in the NJCAA Division I Outdoor Championships in the 400 hurdles for a fourth-place finish (51.82).
 
At Iowa Central Community College 2021-22: Indoor: Competed in six events … Placed fifth in at the Jim Emmerich Alumni Meet in the 400 meters (49.61) … Part of the 4x400 relay team that place third at the same meet (3:21.49) … Posted a fifth place finish in the 600 meters at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (1:20.94) … Won the 600 meters at the NJCAA Reion XI Indoor Championships (1:22.12) … Earned a second place finish on the 4x800 relay team at the NJCAA Indoor Championships (7:46.80). Outdoor: Ran in seven meets … Opened the season with a win in the 400-meter hurdles at the Wichita State Shocker Spring Invitational (54.70) … Ran a personal best time of 22.52 in the 200 meters at the University of Central Missouri Mule Relays … Helped the 4x100 relay team to a third-place finish at the USD Early Bird (41.75).
