2024-25: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for the fall semester … Also named to the MEAC All-Academic Team for both the indoor and outdoor seasons. Indoor: Competed at five meets, all in the weight throw … Set the school record at the DI Pre-National meet (55-9.75) … Broke the school record for a second consecutive week, claiming the gold medal at the MEAC Indoor Championships (56-00) … Placed third at the HBCU Showcase with a throw of 50 feet, 10.25 inches. Outdoor: Won the MEAC Championship in the hammer throw (171-9) … Opened the season breaking the school record in the hammer throw with a toss of 184 feet, one inch … Also placed first in the hammer throw at the NSU Invite (182-10).

2023-24: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll both semesters. Indoor: Competed in six meets, all in the shot put and weight throw … Threw a personal best at the Marlin Invite in the weight throw to place fourth (45-10) … Also won the shot put at the same meet (46-6.25) … Recorded a fourth-place finish at the DIII Pre-Nationals Invite in the shot put (47-6.25) … Finished the indoor season with a pair of top ten finishes at the MEAC Indoor Championships in the weight throw (45-6.25) taking ninth and a personal best fourth place finish in the shot put (50-7.25). Outdoor: Threw in five meets … Recorded a fourth-place finish in the hammer throw to open the season (142-2) at the NSU Invite … Took sixth in the discus throw at the MEAC Outdoor Championships with a personal best throw of 138-6 … Also recorded a personal best in the hammer throw at the same meet (143-7).

2022-23: Named to NSU AD Honor Roll for fall semester. Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets, all at the shot put … Recorded a personal best throw of 47-6.25 to place seventh at the MEAC Indoor Championships … Took fifth at the East Coast Invitational with a throw of 40-4.75. Outdoor: Competed in four outdoor meets, all at the shot put … Recorded a season-best throw of 44-3.25 to take ninth at the MEAC Outdoor Championships.
 
High School: Set a PR of 50-3.25 in the shot put to take runner-up at the 5B Regional Outdoor Championships, also taking second in the discus (128-2.5) … Finished fourth in shot put at the VHSL 5A State Championships with a toss of 49 feet, 4 inches … Also excelled on the football field, leading the Wolverines to an 8-3 overall record as a senior, including a playoff win over Nansemond River.
