Outdoor: Posted a season best in the hammer throw at the NSU Invite to place second (154-8) … Also placed ninth in the discus throw at the same meet (124-2) … Took seventh place with a season best in the discus throw at the MEAC Outdoor Championships (136-0).
 
2022-23: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for the fall semester … Also selected to the MEAC All-Academic Team … Did not compete during the indoor or outdoor season.
 
At Iowa Central CC: Competed in 19 meets for the Tritons … Won the hammer throw at the NJCAA Region XI Championships … Set a personal best of 173-8 in the hammer throw at the NJCAA Championships to take fourth place … Posted PRs of 98-3 in the javelin throw, 141-1 in the discus, and 54-2.75 in the weight throw.
