2017 (Senior Year): Team MVP … Member of the AD’s Honor Roll in the spring … Started all 36 games in center field … Hit a team-leading .351 and also led the way with a .419 on-base percentage and four stolen bases … Ranked second on the squad with 15 runs scored … Ranked fifth in the MEAC in on-base percentage and seventh in hitting … Totaled 39 hits, including four doubles, in a team-best 111 at bats with eight RBI and 13 walks … Batted 16-for-35 (.457) with runners on base, including 7-for-15 with runners in scoring position … Had 14 multi-hit games on the year, more than twice as many as any other player on the team … Had her best stretch against Howard on April 14-15, hitting 5-for-9 in the three-game series with two runs, four RBI, three walks and two stolen bases … Walked twice and hit 1-for-2 with a pair of RBI against the Bison on April 14 … The following day, swiped a pair of bases and drove in two runs while hitting 2-for-3 in game 1 of a doubleheader … Followed that up with a 2-for-4 performance in game 2 … Also had a strong series against Maryland Eastern Shore on April 2-3, hitting 5-for-9 with two runs, an RBI and two walks … Scored a pair of runs and hit 1-for-3 with an RBI in a victory over the Hawks on April 2 … Batted 2-for-3 in games 1 and 3 of the series as well … Had a pair of singles and scored twice in a win at Coppin State on April 27 … Walked twice in a doubleheader against Delaware State on March 25 and batted 4-for-6 with two runs scored and an RBI that day … In the first eight games of the year, hit 11-for-22 with a pair of doubles, three walks and two RBI … Had four two-hit games during that time … Also had two-hit games at Campbell on March 4 (2-for-4), at Elon on March 10 (2-for-3) and in the last game of the year at Hampton on April 30 (2-for-5).
2016 (Junior Year): Competed in and started all 43 games, one of three players on the team to play in every contest … Started every game in left field … Member of the AD’s Honor Roll … Hit .232 on the year with 26 runs, 26 hits, nine doubles, one triple, 15 RBI, 17 walks, four sacrifice hits and five stolen bases … Stood second on the team in doubles … Batted .302 (16-for-53) with runners on base, including 14-for-37 (.378) with runners in scoring position … Had six multi-hit games on the year … Batted 3-for-4 with a run scored and two RBI in a MEAC tournament win versus Morgan State on May 12 … Hit a pair of doubles and went 2-for-5 with two runs and two RBI in a win at UMES on April 3 … Also drove in two runs in a game 2 loss against Rhode Island on March 6 … Batted 4-for-10 with three runs, three RBI and three extra base hits in a three-game sweep of Coppin State from March 18-19 … Hit a pair of doubles as part of a 2-for-5 game with a run scored and an RBI in a win at Howard on April 16 … Had two hits and scored twice in a win at Delaware State on March 26.
2015 (Sophomore Year): Named to the AD’s Honor Roll … Played in 39 games with 38 starts … Spent the majority of time in left field, making 35 starts … Also started twice at third base and once at shortstop … Batted .242 on the year with 16 runs, 30 hits, five doubles, 10 RBI, eight walks and two stolen bases … Hit 17-for-59 (.288) with runners on base … Closed the year on an eight-game hit streak, the longest by an NSU player on the season … Finished with six multi-hit games on the year … Batted 2-for-4 with a run scored, a walk, a double and three RBI at Coppin State on April 24 … Had hits in the next seven games, going 9-for-25 during that eight-game span … Tallied a 3-for-4 game with an RBI, a run scored and one stolen base in game 1 at Towson on April 1 … Drove in a pair of runs in a game 2 win over UMES on April 3 … The following day, batted 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI … Hit 4-for-11 in a three-game series against Delaware State on April 18-19 with two runs, two RBI and a double … Hit 2-for-4 with two runs scored in a victory over Drexel on March 14 … Also scored two runs in game 2 against Howard on March 28.
