2018 (Senior Year): Named to the All-MEAC Third Team at second base … Was also a preseason All-MEAC Second Team member … Played in and started 46 games … Totaled 44 starts at second base and two at shortstop … Member of the MEAC All-Academic Team and the AD’s Honor Roll in the spring … Batted .308 on the year in 133 at bats … Tallied 21 runs on 41 hits with 10 doubles, one triple, two home runs, 18 RBI, four walks and six stolen bases … Led the team with seven sacrifice hits and 12 hit-by-pitches … Held a .444 slugging percentage and a .377 on-base percentage … Ranked second in the MEAC in hit-by-pitch, ninth in doubles, 18th in total bases (59), 19th in slugging, 22nd in batting average, and 23rd in hits … Stood 47th in the nation in hit-by-pitch per game (0.26) … Also ranked 10th in NSU Division I single-season records in doubles … Batted 21-of-58 (.362) with runners on base … Had 14 multi-hit games, second on the team … Nearly hit for the cycle on Feb. 17 versus South Carolina State, batting 3-for-4 with a double, triple and home run while scoring once and driving in three … Later in the day in a 10-9 win over Savannah State, hit another double to drive in the go-ahead run in the top of the seventh as part of a 2-for-4 game … Scored four runs and had a pair of hits and an RBI in a game 1 win at North Carolina A&T on March 7 … Had three straight games with two hits apiece from March 11-18 … Started it off by hitting 2-for-4 with the go-ahead RBI in the top of the eighth in a 4-3 win over Charleston Southern … Batted 2-for-3 in all three games against Coppin State on March 17-18, including a pair of doubles on the 18th and a double and two runs scored in game 2 on the 17th … Also had two hits in back-to-back games against Morgan State on April 6 and 8 … Got on base twice via hit-by-pitch and went 1-for-2 with three runs scored in game 2’s win at Howard on April 14 … Closed out her career with a bang, batting 3-for-4 with a homer and two RBI in a game 2 win over Hampton on April 28 … In the season finale the next day, hit 2-for-2 with two runs and an RBI … Batted 3-for-7 in a doubleheader against Davis & Elkins on Feb. 25, with a pair of hits in game 1 and two runs and two RBI in game 2 … Also went 2-for-2 with two RBI in a triumph in game 2 of a doubleheader against South Carolina State on Feb. 18.
2017 (Junior Year): Member of the AD’s Honor Roll both semesters as well as the MEAC All-Academic Team … Competed in all 36 games, starting every one at shortstop … Hit .293 in 99 at bats and led the team with eight doubles … Scored nine runs on 29 hits with one home run, 11 RBI, four walks and two stolen bases … Hit a pair of doubles and went 2-for-3 with an RBI at Coppin State on April 26 … The following game on April 27, batted 3-for-4 with a run score and an RBI … Finished the three-game series with CSU 6-for-9 with three doubles and two RBI … Hit a solo home run and went 1-for-3 with two RBI in game 1 at Hampton on April 29 … Finished an eight-game stretch in which she hit 10-for-23 … Also included in there was a 1-for-2 effort with two RBI in a victory over Howard on April 15 … Hit a two-run double and finished 2-for-2 in a victory over Maryland Eastern Shore on April 2 … Closed out a stretch in which she hit safely in 13 of 16 games from Feb. 26-April 2 … On March 11, hit 2-for-3 with a run scored in a win over Fairleigh Dickinson before hitting 3-for-4 against Elon later in the day … Reached base in 14 consecutive games from Feb. 26-March 29, the team’s second-longest streak during the season.
Tallahassee Community College: Competed for two seasons under coach Patti Townsend … Played in 49 games her freshman year in 2015 with 24 runs, 23 hits, four doubles, one home run, eight RBI, 10 walks and five stolen bases … Played in 42 games as a sophomore in 2016 with 11 runs, 23 hits, five doubles, one home run, seven RBI, five walks and seven stolen bases … Earned Panhandle Conference all-academic honors both years … Earned the Academic Team Award her sophomore year.
High School: Competed for four years on the softball team at Braulio Alonso High School under coaches Robin Kopp and Sherman Johnson … Batted .357 as a freshman as well as .273 her senior season … Finished with a .272 career batting average … Had totals of 50 runs, 59 hits, 10 doubles, two triples, 30 RBI and 25 walks during her high school career … Member of the Honor Roll all four years.
Club: Competed under Sherman Johnson with the Tampa Diamond Smashers from 2010-12 and then with the Tampa Young Guns from 2012-14 … Competed in roughly 40 tournaments during her time with those club teams.
