2022-23: Named to the MEAC All-Academic Team and earned NSU AD Honor Roll accolades for both semesters ... Also selected to College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team and VaSID Academic All-State Team. Cross Country: Took third at the MEAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:41.1 ... Opened the season with a career-best time of 19:55.5 in the 6k at the Spider Alumni Open ... Posted a season-best 8k time of 25.15.3 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.

2021-22: Named to the MEAC All-Academic Team … Also earned NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for both semesters. Cross Country: Won the MEAC individual championship while helping the Spartans win their second team title in a row … Clocked an 8K time of 25:11 at the MEAC meet … Ran 25:30.1 and 25:42.8 in two meets at U.Va.,  the Panorama Farms Invitational and Virginia Invitational, respectively. Indoor: Won the 3,000m at the KMS Opener (8:59.98) … Also was fourth in the 3K at the East Coast Invitational (8:58.91) and third in the 5K at the Kenneth Giles Invitational (15:27.28) … Brought home third place in the 3,000 (8:58.66) and fifth in the 5,000 (15:51.09) at the MEAC Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Earned MEAC Most Outstanding Track Performer while leading the Spartans to the team title … Won the steeplechase (9:28.33, PR), 5,000 (15:19.55) and 10,000 (32:21.55) to sweep the distance events at the MEAC meet … Was runner-up at the NSU Invitational in the 5,000 (15:20.31).

2020-21: Named to the MEAC All-Academic Team … Also earned NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for both semesters. Cross Country: Season was canceled due to COVID-19. Indoor: Won the 5,000 meters in 15:33.22 in his lone indoor meet of the season, the Kenneth Giles Invitational. Outdoor: Earned top-10 finishes in both the 1,500 (PR, 4:08.69) and 3,000 meters at the Coastal Carolina Chanticleer Challenge … Was third in the 5K at the Gamecock Invitational (15:18.45) … Claimed fourth place in both the 3,000m steeplechase (10:04.87) and 10K (33:20.37) at the MEAC Outdoor Championship.

2019-20: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters … Also named to the MEAC All-Academic Team. Cross Country: MEAC Championship runner-up in his first cross country season … Posted times under 26:00 in all four 8K meets … Was 35th at the Cavalier Classic (25:41.5) and 36th at the Panorama Farms Invitational (season-best 25:01) … Placed 12th at the Pre-National Invitational in a time of 25:19.6 … Clocked a time of 25:09.9 at the MEAC Championships as NSU won the team title … Posted a 10,000-meter time of 31:57.7 at the NCAA Southeast Regional, finishing 77th out of 250 runners. Indoor: Logged three top-10 finishes prior to the conference championship … Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the 3,000 at the CNU Holiday Open (8:43.57) … Was fifth in the mile at the VMI Team Challenge (4:26.18) … Registered a 10th-place finish at the Penn State National Open (14:58.95) … Earned three top-five finishes at the MEAC Indoor Championship … Placed third in the 5,000 (15:08.54), fourth in the mile (PR of 4:21.57) and fifth in the 3,000 (8:47.96). 2018-19: Enrolled in January of 2019 and joined the team for indoor track season. Indoor: Made his NSU debut at the VMI Keydet Invitational, placing seventh in the 3,000 meters … Also took sixth in the 5,000 at Penn State (14:52.65), sixth in the mile at Liberty (4:21.71) and ran on the seventh-place DMR team at the JDL Invitational … Was MEAC runner-up in the 5,000 (15:05.76), placed fourth in the 3,000 (8:45.12) and was fifth in the mile (4:27.08) at the conference indoor championship. Outdoor: Earned first-place finishes in the 3,000 at the Fred Hardy Invitational (8:29.68) and in the 5,000 at the Charlotte Invitational (15:01.76) … Also earned a fourth-place finish in the 10,000 meters at the Colonial Relays in a time of 30:14.01, a personal record and fastest time in the MEAC for the season … Was MEAC champion in the 5,000 (15:00.80) and 10,000 (31:19.23) and was runner-up in the steeplechase in a PR of 9:29.25.
