2024-25: Selected to the NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters … Also named to the MEAC All-Academic Team for the cross country, indoor, and outdoor seasons. XC: Competed at two meets … Ran a personal best 3k time of 13:18.50 to place sixth at the UMES Hawks Season Opener … Clocked a 5k time of 20:22.30 at the Virginia Invitational. Indoor: Took the silver medal in the mile at the MEAC Championships with a personal best time of 5:05.69, before helping the DMR Team also take the silver medal at the same meet (12:13.43) … Won the mile at the HBCU Showcase with a time of 5:10.78 … Placed second in the 800 meters at the VCU Rams Indoor Invitational (2:19.41) … Also took second in the 800 meters at the Division I Pre-Nationals (2:11.72), before helping the 4x400 meter relay team take third at the same meet (3:57.25). Outdoor: Ran a personal best time to take second in the 1,500 meters at the MEAC Championship (4:38.92) … Won the 1,500 meters at the NSU Invitational with a time of 4:43.38 … Helped the 4x400 meter relay team take second at the Bill Carson Invitational (3:53.56), before taking second in the 800 meters at the same meet (2:12.20) … Clocked a personal best time in the 400 meters at the Virginia Challenge (57.19) … Member of the 4x400 relay team that took fifth at the Duke Invitational with a time of 3:41.89.

2023-24: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for the fall semester. XC: Ran in five events … Recorded a personal best time and fifth place finish at the MEAC Championships (19:22.5) … Set a personal best in the 6k at the NCAA Division I Southeast Region Championships (23:18.6) … Placed eighth at the Great American XC Festival in the 5k with a time of 19:44.7. Indoor: Recorded a total of eight top ten finishes during the indoor season … Won the 800 meters at the MEAC Indoor Championships in 2:12.06 … Won the 800 meters race in 2:14.56 at the DIII Pre-Nationals Invitational… Took third place as a team during the 4x400 relay at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge (3:50.00) … Opened the season with a third-place finish in the 800 meters at the HBCU Showcase clocking in at 2:14.33 … Part of the 4x400 relay team that took second in the season opener (3:54.28).  Outdoor: Competed in eight events … Recorded personal best time and a second-place finish in the 800 meters at the MEAC Outdoor Championships (2:08.88) … Also recorded a personal best time in the 1,500 meters at the MEAC Outdoor Championships, placing third (4:41.36) … Her 4x400 relay team took first place at the NSU Invitational, clocking in at 3:55.78 … Opened the season with a second-place finish in the 800 meters (2:15.93) at the Virginia Opener … Closed out the season at the Dani Palooza Last Chance with a third-place finish in the 800 meters (2:11.00).
 
At Coppin State (2022-23): XC: Ran in five events … Recorded personal best time at MEAC Cross Country Championships (20.35.9) in the 5k … Finished in fifth place at the DSU XC Farm Invite in the 5k (21:23.5). Indoor: Competed in six events … Opened the indoor season with a first place finish and a personal best time in the 500 meters at the HBCU Showcase (1:16.46) … Placed 10^th in the 1,000 meters in a personal best time of 3:03.99 … Recorded a fourth place finish at the MEAC Indoor Championships in the 800 meters (2:14.44) … Part of the 4x400 relay team that took third at the Boston University Scarlet and White Invite (3:42.65). Outdoor: Ran in eight events, recording 10 top-ten finishes … Finished second in the 800 meters at the MEAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:12.19 … Secured first win as a part of the 4x400 relay team at the Towson Spring Open. recording a time of 3:49.13 … Finished second in the 1,500 meters at the NSU Invitational (4:52.42) … Produced a strong showing at the Morgan State Legacy Meet, winning the 800 meters (2:13.82) and recording a second-place finish in the 1,500 meters (4:41.63) … Also, part of the 4x400 relay team that took second (3:42.33). 
 
At Coppin State (2021-22). XC: Competed in four events … Opened the season with a time of 23:26.7 in a 5.3k race at the DSU XC Invite … Took sixth in the 5k at the DSU XC invite (21:46.4). Indoor: Ran in five events … Placed second at the MEAC Indoor Championships in the 800 meters with a time of 2:15.27 … Set a personal best time of 5:37.58 in the mile at the Norfolk State Invitational to place 11th … Part of the 4x400 relay team that took first at the same meet (3:49.89) … Outdoor: Opened the season with the 4x400 relay team that placed fourth at the Maryland Invitational (3:54.89) … Recorded a seventh-place finish in the 800 meters at the Weems Baskin Relays, clocking in at 2:18.05.
 
High School: Competed in three years in both cross country and track and field… During her freshman year she recorded four top ten finishes … Her freshman year would see one win at the Smithsburg invitational when she ran a 2:24.34 in the 800 meters The best finish during her sophomore year came in the Gaithersburg vs Clarksburg & Wheaton meet placing fourth in the 5,000 meters (22:14.0) … She recorded two wins during her sophomore season … The first win came in the 800 meters at the MPSSAA 4A West Region Championship (2:23.37) … The second came at the MCPS Meet in the 500 meters (1:21.67) … Senior year would include two starts and two third place finishes with similar times (24:26.0 and 24:28.0) … Won four of five races during senior year … Top finish that year came at the MPSSAA 4A West Region Championship in the 800 meters (2:14.68).
