2024-25: Named to the MEAC All-Academic team for the cross-country season … Also named Most Valuable Runner for the cross-country season at the Spartan Choice Awards. XC: Placed fifth at the MEAC Championships with a personal best 5k time of 18:21.40 … Clocked a personal best 6k time of 22:28.60 at the Panorama Farms Invitational … Opened the season with a personal best in the 3k at the UMES Season Opener (14:31.80). Indoor: Won the MEAC Championship in the 800 meters (2:11.59) … Also helped a pair of relay teams to second place finishes at the same meet, including the 4x400 (3:48.90), and the DMR (12:13.43) … Won the 800 meters at the Division I Pre-Nationals (2:10.81) … Clocked a personal best time of 2:55.11 in the 1,000 meters at the VCU Rams Indoor Invitational … Also ran a personal best in the mile at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (5:09.11) … Helped the 4x400 meter relay team take second at the HBCU Showcase (2:55.11), before helping the team take third at the East Coast Invitational (3:47.70).
