2015 (Senior Year): Named the NSU Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year … Earned MEAC Player of the Week honors on April 9 … Named to the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Scholar-Athlete team for the second straight year and the Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) Academic All-State team … Also a member of the MEAC All-Academic Team and the AD’s Honor Roll … Posted a 6-10 overall singles record on the year, including 3-3 in conference play … Competed primarily at No. 5 singles, netting a 3-5 record … Also competed at No. 6 (3-0) No. 4 singles (0-3) and once each at the second and third spots in the lineup … Won her last five singles matches of the year … Earned the conference’s player of the week award after wins against No. 73 Old Dominion, North Carolina A&T and Chowan to end the year … Victory at No. 6 singles against ODU gave NSU its only point of the match … Also defeated opponents from Savannah State and North Carolina Central, the latter NSU’s only win against the Eagles … Tallied a 4-7 doubles record, including 1-3 in the MEAC … Posted a 3-4 record at No. 3 doubles and also went 1-1 at No. 1 and 0-2 at the No. 2 slot … Earned wins over tandems from Howard, Hampton and N.C.
