2020 (Junior Year): Recognized on the NSU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester … Went 1-4 at the No. 2 spot in the lineup before the season was shut down due to COVID-19 … Earned a 6-0, 6-0 win over Savannah State’s Maiya Broughton on March 10 … Posted a 2-2 doubles record at the No. 1 position with Bruna Goncalves … Won 8-2 over Berry College on March 8 and 6-0 over Savannah State.
2019 (Sophomore Year): Named the team’s rookie of the year … Went 6-5 in her debut season and was a perfect 5-0 in conference play … Played primarily at No. 3 singles, going 6-4 in that slot … Went 8-3 in doubles competition with a 4-1 mark in the conference … Played primarily at No. 1 doubles alongside Naz Karagoz, going 7-3 … Picked up a non-conference singles victory over Savannah State before her unbeaten run through the MEAC Northern Division … Won three of her five conference singles matches in straight sets as NSU claimed its first-ever MEAC Northern Division regular season crown … Won seven-straight doubles matches with Karagoz between March 10 and April 6, collecting wins over Savannah State, Longwood, Delaware, Maryland Eastern Shore, Delaware State, Howard and Coppin State.
