2024-25: Selected to the NSU AD Honor Roll both semesters … Also named to the MEAC All-Academic Team for the indoor season. XC: Competed at six meets … Placed ninth at the MEAC Championships, clocking a personal best 5k 18:47.70 … Opened the season with a personal best in the 3k at the UMES Hawks Season Opener (12:30.60) … Posted a personal best time in the 6k at the Panorama Farms Invitational (23:22.20). Indoor: Placed fourth in a pair of events at the MEAC Championships, including the 3,000 meters (10:23.75), and the 5,000 meters (18:20.67) … Also earned fifth place in the mile at the same meet (5:12.92) … Recorded a pair of fourth place finishes at the HBCU Showcase in the mile (5:15.98) and the 3,000 meters (10:16.24) … Clocked a personal best time of 5:08.00 in the mile at the East Coast Invitational.
