2022-23: Named to the NSU AD’s Honor Roll for both semesters … Also selected to CSC Academic All-District Team and MEAC All-Academic Team.
Indoor: Broke her own school record for a fourth time with a weight throw of 62 feet, 1.25 inches at the MEAC Indoor Championships, finishing runner-up … Competed in five indoor meets … Won the weight throw at the East Coast Invitational (58-5.75), taking second in the shot put … Also took runner-up in the weight throw at the KPMG HBCU Showcase (57-6.25) and Winter Classic (57-6.25).

Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets, earning three first-place finishes … Won the weighted throw at the East Coast Invitational, Kenneth Giles Invitational, and MEAC Indoor Championships with tosses of 58-5.25, 60-10, and 57-6.5, respectively … The 60-10 mark broke Norfolk State’s indoor record … Also set a personal record in the shot put at the MEAC Championships with a throw of 41-3 … Named MEAC Women’s Field Athlete of the Week on Feb. 16.
Outdoor: Competed in five outdoor meets … Broke Norfolk State record with a hammer throw of 173-3 to take second in the MEAC Outdoor Championships … Came in third at the Norfolk State Invitational with a 157-1 hammer throw … Also earned an eighth-place finish in the shot put (37-8) and ninth in the discus throw (113-10) at the MEAC Outdoor Championships.
2020-21: Member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for both semesters. Indoor: Had a stellar indoor season in the weight throw … Broke her own school record twice, first with a top throw of 57-5 at the Virginia Beach Invitational in a second-place finish that earned her MEAC Field Athlete of the Week … Won the weight throw at the inaugural Kenneth Giles Invitational with a new PR and school record of 59-7.5 … Also took third in the shot put at the same meet (38-4.75).
Outdoor: Opened outdoor season with a third-place showing in the hammer (147-5) at the Chanticleer Challenge … Had top-10 finishes in the shot put (39-9.75) and discus (120-2) at the Virginia Grand Prix … Was top seven in all three events she entered at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … Set a new PR in the hammer (158-6) in placing fourth … Placed fifth in the discus (120-0) and seventh in the shot put (PR, 40-6.25).
2019-20: Indoor: Opened the season by taking third in the weight throw (50-8.25) at George Mason … Was runner-up at the Gamecock Opener with a top heave of 51-7.25 … Set a new school record with her top throw of 56-7.25 at the VMI Team Challenge … Earned fourth place in the event at the MEAC Indoor Championships with a best effort of 56-1.25.
Outdoor: Season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2018-19: Indoor: Notched a pair of eighth-place finishes in the shot put and weight throw at her first collegiate meet, the Virginia Tech Invitational … Her weight throw of 49-4.5 was a new PR … Took 10
th in the weight at the Liberty Flames Invitational … Was seventh in the shot put (39-1.25) and 10
th in the weight throw (45-1.5) at the JDL DMR Invitational … Qualified for the MEAC Indoor meet in the weight, placing 12
th with a top throw of 48-6.
Outdoor: Competed in three meets during outdoor season … Was 11
th in the shot put at the Colonial Relays … Posted season-best throw of 106-2 in the hammer at the Charlotte Invitational … Threw the shot, discus and hammer at the Virginia Grand Prix, where she posted a season-best in the discus (122-10).
