Outdoor: Competed in seven meets … Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in 400 meters at the Virginia Opener (57.24) … Placed third in the 400 meters at the NSU Invitational (57.70) … Helped the Spartan 4x400 relay team take first in the same meet in 3:55.78 … Earned a top ten finish to close the season in the 400 meters at the MEAC Outdoor Championships placing ninth (56.89).
 
2022-23:  Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets … Opened the season with a fifth-place finish at the VCU Rams Indoor Invitational, running the 400 meters in a season-best 59.36 seconds … Helped distance medley relay squad take gold at the MEAC Indoor Championships (12:02.20) … Also ran a season-best 25.54 in the 200 meters at the conference meet. Outdoor: Competed in five outdoor meets, all in the 200 and 400 … Finished third in the 400 meters at the Virginia Quadrangular in 57.78 seconds … Took fifth in the 400 meters at the NSU Track & Field Invitational (56.69) … Earned fifth in the 400 meters at the MEAC Outdoor Championships in a personal best 55.99 seconds … Also set a new PR in the 200 meters (25.21) at the conference meet.
 
2021-22: Named to NSU AD’s Honor Roll for fall semester. Indoor: Competed in four indoor meets, primarily at the 200 and 400 meters … Took fifth in the 400 meters at the Kenneth Giles Invitational with a 58.94 time, while helping 4x400 meter relay team earn fifth as well … Led 4x00 relay team to fourth place finish at MEAC Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Competed in four outdoor meets, primarily at the 400 and 800 meters … Ran the 800 meters in 2:31.42 at the Norfolk State Invitational to take 10^th place, also helping the 4x400 relay team take fourth.

2020-21: Member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the fall semester. Indoor: Did not compete during indoor season. Outdoor: Claimed third place in the 400m in her first meet, the Chanticleer Challenge (58.74) … Also ran on the second-place 4x400 relay at Coastal Carolina … Ran a season-best 58.23 in the prelims at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … Also ran a leg on the fourth-place 4x400 relay at the conference meet.

High School: Harris was a three-time state qualifier in the 400 meters for Chandler … Clocked a PR of 56.30 as a sophomore and has also run 7.68 in the 60 meters … Team won the state title her junior year.
