2017-18: Indoor: A key 400-meter runner and member of the 4x400 relay for the Spartans … Helped the 4x400 relay team to a runner-up finish at Penn State (3:49.20), third place at the Great Dane Classic and fourth place at the Keydet Invitational … Season-best 400 meter time was 57.56 at the Penn State National, where she finished third … Member of the gold medal-winning medley relay team at the MEAC Indoor Championships and third-place 4x400 relay squad, which ran a season-best time of 3:49.03. Outdoor: Competed in two meets, the Weems Baskin Relays and the Fred Hardy Invitational … Helped the 4x400 relay team place second at Fred Hardy in 3:47.43.

2016-17: Indoor: Ran a season-best 400-meter time of 57.97 seconds at the Liberty Kickoff, where she finished sixth … Took third in the event at the CNU Captains Invitational (59.48) and sixth at the UNC Art & Linda Maillet Open (59.66) … Qualified for the MEAC in the 400 and also ran legs on the Spartans’ winning distance medley relay team and fourth-place 4x400 relay squad at the conference championship. Outdoor: Again qualified for the MEAC Outdoor Championship in the 400 … Ran a PR of 56.42 seconds at the conference meet, placing 13th overall … Helped the 4x400 relay team win its heat and place fourth in the finals at the MEAC Outdoor Championship … Finished fourth in the 400 at the Charlotte Invitational (56.93) … Also helped the 4x400 relay team win its event at the Tribe Invitational and place second at Charlotte.

Outdoor: Clocked a season-best 400m time of 57.61 to earn eighth place at Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invitational … Also helped the 4x400 relay team capture first place in that meet with a time of 3:55.50 … Placed 12th at the Hampton Relays in the 400m (57.75) and 21st at the Colonial Relays (57.79) … Helped the 4x100 relay team place fourth at the Morgan State Legacy Meet in 47.28 seconds … Qualified for the MEAC outdoor meet in the 400m and with the 4x400 relay.
