400 Meter Hurdles: 1:02.68 (2017 MEAC Outdoor)

2016-17: Earned a spot on the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for both the fall and spring semesters and was a MEAC All-Academic Team member. Indoor: Competed in the hurdles, sprints and relays for NSU … Helped NSU take first place in the 4x400 relay at the CNU Holiday Open … Placed fourth in the 600 meters at the Captains Invitational (1:53.66). Outdoor: Ran a leg on NSU’s 4x400 relay team that placed fourth at the Fred Hardy Invitational at Richmond … Placed third in the 400 hurdles at the Charlotte Invitational (1:04.50) and seventh at the Virginia Grand Prix (1:04.05) … Qualified for the MEAC Outdoor Championship in the 400 hurdles, clocking a PR of 1:02.68 in earning fifth place in the finals.
 
2015-16: Indoor: Ran the 400, 600 and 800 meters in addition to the 4x400 during the three meets she competed in during indoor season … Took fourth place in the 600 meters with a time of 1:53.66 at the CNU Captains Invitational … Earned a spot on the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the fall semester. Outdoor: Ran the 400-meter hurdles in three meets during outdoor season … Season-best time was a 1:08.26 at the Colonial Relays … Earned a spot on the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester … Also a member of the MEAC All-Academic Team.

At Hawaii – 2013-14: Primarily competed in the 200-meters, where she ran a season-best 27.79 seconds at the Terry Albritton Invitational … Competed in the Big West Conference Championships and posted a time of 15.59 seconds in the 100-meter hurdles … PR time of 1:06.00 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Bryan Clay Invitational … Set a pair of indoor PRs in the 200-meters (27.43) and 60-meter hurdles (9.48) at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championship.
 
At Hawaii – 2012-13: Competed in the 200-meters, 100- and 400-meter hurdles, 4x400-meter relay, and long jump events … Ran a personal best 1:06.55 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Big West Conference Championships.
 
Prep: A 2012 graduate of Radford High School in Honolulu, O‘ahu … Lettered four times in track and field and twice in wrestling … In track, competed in the 100- and 300-meter hurdles, 4x100- and 4x400-meter relay teams … In wrestling, competed in the 130-pound weight division … Qualified for the state meet in the 300-meter hurdles and 4x100-meter relay team as a senior … Also qualified during her junior (300-meter hurdles) and freshman (100-meter hurdles) seasons … Placed second at the OIA Championship in wrestling as a senior … Named the school’s Co-Athlete of the Year in 2011-12 and was wrestling’s Most Valuable Performer.
