2023-24: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters … Named to the MEAC Outdoor Track and Field All-Academic Team. Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets … Opened the season with a win in the 60-meter hurdles at the Marlin Invitational (9.01) … Racked up her second win of the year in the 60-meter hurdles at the DIII Pre-Nationals Invitational (8.52) … Produced a strong showing at the MEAC Indoor Championships, winning the long jump (18-3.25), placing second in the 60-meter hurdles (8.80), and third in the 60 meters (7.52 – personal best). Indoor: Competed in six indoor meets … Racked up eight top-five finishes and two wins … Placed runner-up in the long jump (18-5) at the VCU Rams Indoor Invitational … Finished third in the 60 meter hurdles (8.56) and third in the long jump (18-3.75) at the KPMG HBCU Showcase … Won the long jump (18-0.5) and 60 meter hurdles (8.50) at the East Coast Invitational … Placed runner-up in the 60 meter hurdles (8.59) at the DII Indoor Pre-National meet … Earned bronze medal in the 60 meter hurdles (8.46) at the MEAC Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Competed in five outdoor meets … Helped 4x100 relay team take second at the Virginia Quadrangular and third at the NSU Invitational … Also finished third in the 100-meter hurdles (14.49) at the NSU Invitational.
 
2021-22: Named to the NSU AD’s Honor Roll for both semesters and the MEAC All-Academic Team. Indoor: Broke school record in the 60 meter hurdles, finishing first in 8.33 seconds at the East Coast Invitational … Named MEAC Women’s Field Athlete of the Week on Feb. 2, before receiving MEAC Women’s Track Athlete of the Week Honors on Feb. 9 … Competed in six indoor meets for the Spartans, notching eight top-five finishes … Opened the season by setting a personal record in the 60 meters with a 7.62 and a third-place finish in the long jump (18-2.5) at the Gamecock Opener … Took second place at the Penn State National Open in the 60 meter hurdles (8.41) and long jump (18-8.5) … Won the long jump at the South Carolina Invitational with a personal record of 19-11.5 … Set personal bests in the 200 meters (24.91) and the triple jump (36-6.25) at the Kenneth Giles Invitational … Shined at the MEAC Indoor Championships, racking up a second-place finish in the 60 meters (8.44), fifth in the long jump (18-1), and seventh in the 60 meters (7.68). Outdoor: Competed in six outdoor meets for the Spartans … Capped off the season with a strong showing in the MEAC Outdoor Championships, taking second in the 100-meter hurdles with a personal record of 12.62 and second in the long jump (19-4.75) … Also helped 4x100 relay team finish in third place at the same event … Took second in the long jump at the Virginia Grand Prix (18-11.75) … Won the long jump at the Norfolk State Invitational with a 19-0.75, while taking third in the 100-meter hurdles (14.16).
 
 
2020-21: Member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for both semesters and was named to the MEAC All-Academic Team. Indoor: Lowered her 60m hurdles time each week over the first three meets of the season … Was runner-up at the Liberty Elite Invitational in what was then a PR (8.68 seconds) … Placed fourth at the Virginia Beach Invitational (8.72) and fifth at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (8.74) … Earned her first collegiate win at the Kenneth Giles Invitational with a season-best 8.67. Outdoor: Posted a PR at the Virginia Grand Prix, clocking a 14.21 to place fourth … Also took sixth in the long jump (18-3) and third with the 4x100 relay at that meet … Finished in the top eight in all three of those events at the MEAC Outdoor Championships as well … Was fifth in the long jump (17-7), eighth in the 100 hurdles (14.47) and ran on the silver medal winning 4x100 relay.

2019-20: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for the spring semester.  Indoor: Participated in one meet, the Albany Great Dane Classic … Placed seventh in the 60m hurdles with a top time of 9.11 in the prelims. Outdoor: Season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

High School: A four-year letterwinner … Was New York (NYSPHSAA) champion in the 55-meter hurdles as a senior … Also qualified for the state indoor meet in the 55 meters and owns a PR of 7.09 seconds at that distance … Qualified for the USATF National Junior Olympics as a senior in the 100-meter hurdles, and has run a PR of 14.26 seconds … Was her school’s Female Athlete of the Year … All-Greater Rochester first-team selection all four years.
