2023-24: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for the fall semester … One of eight student athletes that posted a 4.0 during the same semester … Named to the MEAC Outdoor Track and Field All-Academic team. Indoor: Competed in four meets … Placed second place in the 800 meters at the MEAC Indoor Championships (2:13.28) … Also, in the same meet she placed third in the mile (5:06.71) and eighth in the 3,000 meters (11:11.29) … Recorded a second-place finish at the DIII Pre-Nationals Invitational in the 800 meters (2:15.52) … Was a part of the 4x400 relay team that placed second at the HBCU Showcase (3:54.28). Outdoor: Competed in six meets … Set a personal record at the MEAC Outdoor Championships to place fourth in the 1,500 meters (4:46.84) … In the same meet she recorded a sixth-place finish in the 800 meters (2:17.15) … Placed fourth in the 800 meters at the NSU Invite (2:21.95) … Also part of the winning 4x400 relay team at the same meet, finishing in 3:55.78.  
 
2022-23: Earned MEAC All-Academic team honors and was named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters ... Also seclected to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team. Cross Country: Competed in four meets … Earned All-MEAC honors for the third time of her career, finishing fourth at the MEAC Championships with a personal record 5k of 18:57.8 … Also set a personal record in the 6k at the Lehigh Paul Short Run, finishing in 22:58.9. Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Spartans … Placed second in the mile at the MEAC Championships, clocking a personal record of 5:06.44 … Also helped Spartans win the distance medley relay in 12:02.20 at the conference championships … Posted a personal-best 10:36.89 in the 3,000 meters at the VCU Rams Indoor Invitational to finish runner-up … Also took second in the mile at the HBCU Showcase (5:08.48) … Won the 800 meters (2:15.21) and mile (5:20.61) at the 60^th Annual East Coast Invitational. Outdoor: Did not compete.
 
2021-22: Earned MEAC All-Academic Team honors and was named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters. Cross Country: Competed in three meets … Season-best 5K was 19:21.5 at the Panorama Farms Invitational … Earned All-MEAC honors for the second time in her career, placing sixth at the conference championship in 19:41.2. Indoor: Earned seven top-10 finishes, including two wins, during the regular season … Won the 3,000 meters at the KMS Opener (10:49.51) … Also won the 800 at the East Coast Invitational … Placed in the top four in all four events in which she competed at the MEAC Indoor Championships … Was third in the 800 (2:15.98), mile (5:10.21) and on the DMR team (12:37.14) and was fourth in the 3,000 (11:02.11). Outdoor: A key relay and middle-distance runner for the Spartans … Was runner-up in the 800 at the NSU Invitational and ran on the fourth-place 4x400 relay team at the same meet … Earned three top-four finishes at the MEAC Outdoor Championships, including her first career MEAC individual gold medal in the 1,500 (4:48.61) … Also was runner-up in the 800 (2:12.45 prelims, 2:13.92 finals time) and helped the 4x400 relay finish fourth.

2020-21: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters … Member of the MEAC All-Academic Team. Cross Country: Season was canceled due to COVID-19. Indoor: Competed in all four meets, the two competitions at Liberty, the Virginia Beach Invitational and the Kenneth Giles Invitational … Placed third in the 1,000 at the Liberty Elite Invitational (3:02.38) and won it at the Brant Tolsma Invitational two weeks later on the same frack (3:04.73) … Was runner-up in the mile at the Kenneth Giles Invitational (5:15.50). Outdoor: Opened outdoor season by placing third in the 1,500 at the Chanticleer Challenge in a PR of 4:46.87 … Also ran on the second-place 4x400 relay team … At the MEAC Championships, earned a sixth-place finish in the 1,500, seventh place in the 800 and fourth with the 4x400 relay.

2019-20: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters. Cross Country: All-MEAC cross country performer in her first season with NSU … Posted a 5K PR of 19:37.8 at the MEAC Championships, placing 13^th and helping the Spartans win the team title … Clocked a time of 20:20.8 at the Cavalier Classic at U.Va., good for 42^nd place. Indoor: MEAC silver medalist in the 800m who also helped the Spartans in longer distance events and on relays … Posted top-five finishes in every meet in which she competed but two … Won the 800m at the Penn State National in 2:11.11 … Was runner-up in the mile at George Mason (5:12.34) … Placed fifth in the 1,000m at the Great Dane Classic … Also took fifth in the 800 at the Gamecock Opener (2:14.25) and the mile at the VMI Team Challenge (5:22.51) … Was runner-up in the 800 at VMI as well in 2:14.18 … Helped the 4x400 relay win its event at VMI, Albany and George Mason … In addition to her second-place finish in the 800m, Grant also took fifth in both the mile (5:10.15), 3,000m (10:39.38) and 4x400 relay and ran a leg on the winning DMR team at the MEAC Championships.  Outdoor: Season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

At Wiley: Ran one season of outdoor track and field at Wiley College … Advanced to the NAIA Outdoor Championships in the 800 meters.

High School: Won the 2018 Central championship in the 1,500 in a school record time of 4:34 … Qualified for the CARIFTA Games in 2017 and 2018 … Won bronze in the 800 meters and silver in the 1,500 in 2017 … In 2018, was again the silver medalist in the 1,500 … Owns PRs of 4:31 in the 1,500m and 2:08 in the 800.
