2013-14: Indoor: Participated in the triple jump in a pair of meets, the Penn State Relays and the MEAC Indoor Championship … placed fifth at Penn State with a season-best jump of 37-8.5 … finished 11th at the conference championship (36-5.5). Outdoor: Saved her best outdoor performance for the last meet of the season, when she PRed in the triple jump (40-1.5) en route to fourth place at the MEAC Outdoor Championship … it was her first time reaching 40 feet in college … finished in third place with an effort of 39-3.25 at the Joe Hilton Invitational … came in 17th in the college section of the triple jump at the Penn Relays (38-8.25) … also contributed to NSU’s 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams during the season … ran a leg on NSU’s 4x100 team that clocked a 46.54 at the Penn Relays … helped the 4x400 team record a season-best time of 3:55.32 for 11th place at the Colonial Relays … also ran in the women’s 400 meters at the Virginia Cup, taking seventh place (1:00.33).
2012-13: Indoor: Leapt at least 38 feet in four of the five meets in which she competed in the triple jump … eclipsed her old indoor triple jump PR in all five meets in which she competed in the event … took seventh place at the Hokie Invitational with a new indoor PR of 39-2.5 … won the triple jump title at the CNU Holiday Open with a top effort of 38-4 … placed second at both the Penn State Invitational and the UNC Gene Anderson Invitational with marks of 38-00.75 … also took sixth in the long jump at Penn State with a season-best 17-2.25 … placed seventh at the MEAC Indoor Championship in the triple jump (37-5.25) and as part of the 4x400 meter relay. Outdoor: Took sixth place in the triple jump with her season-best mark of 38-10.25 at the Morgan State Legacy Meet … placed eighth at the MEAC Outdoor Championship with a top mark of 37-7.75 … came in fourth at the Virginia Invitational with a jump of 37-8.75 … also ran a leg on NSU’s seventh-place 4x400 relay team at the conference outdoor meet … season-best long jump was a 17-5.5 mark, good for third place at the NSU Relays … member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the fall 2012 semester.
2011-12: Indoor: Set a new indoor triple jump PR of 36 feet, 10.5 inches at the UNC Dick Taylor Invitational … took seventh place in that event … took third place in the triple jump at the Coach O Invitational (36-9.5) … placed sixth in both the triple jump (36-7.5) and long jump (17-2.75) at the CNU Vince Brown Invitational … took ninth place in the triple jump at the MEAC Indoor Championship (36-5.5). Outdoor: Established what was then a new PR of 38-11 in the triple jump at Morgan State, taking second place … finished ninth in the triple jump at the MEAC Outdoor Championship (38-10.25) … took fifth place in the long jump at the NSU Relays with a season-best 18-7.75 … also ran on NSU’s 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams.
igh School: A two-year letterwinner in track at Phoebus … won the Peninsula District outdoor championship in the triple jump as a senior … placed fifth in the Easter Region and 10th at the state Group AAA outdoor meet in the same event … ran a leg on Phoebus’ fifth-place 4x100 and 4x400 meter relay teams at the state meet … the 4x400 team won the regional championship … was a first-team Daily Press All-Star in the triple jump for both indoor and outdoor seasons as a senior.
