2020-21: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for both semesters … Named to the MEAC Commissioner’s All-Academic Team and earned USTFCCCA All-Academic recognition for the third straight year. Indoor: Won the 60 meters at the Virginia Beach Invitational (7.20) and the Kenneth Giles Invitational (7.25) … Also won the 200 at the Brant Tolsma Invitational (23.90) and Kenneth Giles Invite (23.68) … Earned her third career qualification to the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 60 meters … Bettered her own school record in the event with a time of 7.11 in the prelims at the indoor national meet, the second-fastest qualifying time … Posted a time of 7.16 in the finals, placing third and earning first-team All-America honors … That was the second-highest finish ever for a Spartan athlete at a Division I national championship meet. Outdoor: Won the 200 (23.25) and was second in the 100 (11.29) at the Gamecock Invitational … Also ran a leg on NSU’s first-place 4x100 relay at the meet which posted a time of 45.20 … Won a bronze medal in the 100 (11.32) and a silver in the 4x100 relay (45.48) while placing eighth in the 200 at the MEAC Outdoor Championship … Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary in the 100 and 200, placing 19th and 43rd, respectively, in those two events.

Indoor: An NCAA indoor All-American for the second year in a row, earning national honors in the 60m and 200m … Opened the year by helping the 4x400 relay team win its event at George Mason … Also was runner-up in the 400m at that meet (PR of 59.75) … Clocked what was then the nation’s fastest time, and also her own indoor PR, in the 200m at the Albany Great Dane Classic, winning the race in 23.25 seconds … Named MEAC Co-Athlete of the Week for that performance … Took second in the 60m at the Gamecock Opener in 7.22 seconds … Won the invitational section of the 60m at the Penn State National and topping her school-record time of 7.20 seconds … Also won the 200m at Penn State in 23.66, picking up her second MEAC Athlete of the Week honor of the season … Also swept the 60 (7.30) and 200 (23.77) at Liberty’s Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational … Won the MEAC 60m gold medal for the second straight year, in 7.22 seconds … Was runner-up in the 200m in 23.64 … Also ran a leg on the 4x400m relay that placed fifth at the conference meet … Picked up her third and fourth career All-America awards for qualifying for the NCAA Indoor Championships, but the meet was canceled due to the pandemic. Outdoor: Season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2018-19: Named to the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester. Indoor: Emerged as one of the top sprinters not just in the MEAC, but in the country … Earned second-team USTFCCCA All-American honors in the 60-meter dash after a breakout season … Earned a third-place finish in the 60 at Virginia Tech (7.42) and second place at the VMI Keydet Invitational (7.47) … Won the 200 meters at the Penn State National in 24.37 seconds, which was than an indoor PR … Won the 60m title at the JDL DMR Invitational in 7.31 seconds to earn her first-ever MEAC Athlete of the Week award … Bested that mark with a meet-record at the MEAC Indoor Championships, winning gold in 7.22 seconds … Also placed third in the 200 at the conference indoor meet in an indoor PR of 24.26 … Her 60m time at MEACs qualified her for the NCAA Indoor Championships, where she placed 14th in 7.35 seconds. Outdoor: Built on her stellar indoor season with an All-American campaign during outdoor season … Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in the 200 meters at the Florida Relays (23.56) and by helping the sprint medley relay team win its event … Won titles in the 100 (11.18), 200 (23.58) and 4x100 (45.53) at the Virginia Grand Prix, earning another MEAC Athlete of the Week honor … Carried that momentum into the MEAC Outdoor Championships, where she again broke her 100m PRs … Clocked a wind-aided time of 11.07 in the prelims, then a legal 11.11 reading for a silver-medal finish in the final … Also Placed seventh in the 200 meters and helped the 4x400 team place seventh … Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in both sprints … Posted the fastest prelim time in the first round of regionals, at 11.24 … Clocked an 11.19 for a fifth-place finish in the second round to punch her ticket to outdoor nationals … Also ran a PR in the 200, a 23.17, to finish 16th … Became the first Spartan to ever qualify for the NCAA Division Outdoor Championships in the 100 meters … Set a new school and Jamaican junior national record of 11.04 seconds in the final, placing sixth to earn first-team USTFCCCA All-America recognition … Also named the team’s Most Improved Runner.

2017-18: Member of the NSU AD’s Honor Roll for the spring semester. Indoor: Competed in just one meet during indoor season, running the 200 meters at the Great Dane Classic. Outdoor: Made a big impact during her debut outdoor season, serving as one of the top 100-meter runners on the team and in the MEAC … Won the 100-meter dash in 11.61 seconds at the Charlotte Invitational … Also ran a leg on NSU’s winning 4x100 relay team at Charlotte … Also had a strong meet at the Virginia Grand Prix … Placed fourth in the 100 (11.78) and eighth in the 200 (PR of 24.60) while again helping the 4x100 team win its relay (45.84) … Registered a PR of 11.50 seconds in the 100 meters at the MEAC Outdoor Championships, placing fourth in the finals … Helped the 4x100 team win the bronze medal with a season-best 45.64 … Also qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 100m, clocking an 11.65 in the prelims.
