2020-21: Member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester. Indoor: Competed in a pair of meets … Placed fourth in the 400m at the Gamecock Opener (55.24) … Was runner-up in both the 200 (24.39) and 500 (1:15.40) at the Liberty Elite Invitational. Outdoor: Opened the season with a pair of second-place finishes at the Chanticleer Challenge, in the 200 (24.24) and with the 4x400 relay (3:43.58) … Ran on the winning 4x100 relay at the Gamecock Invitational (45.20) … Also ran a leg on the 4x400 relay at that meet and was seventh in the 400 (54.78) … Finished as runner-up in the 400 at the Virginia Grand Prix (54.45) and placed third with the 4x100 (46.36) … Earned a silver medal after a PR in the 400 (52.89) at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … Also ran on the second-place 4x100 relay (45.48) and fourth-place 4x400 relay (3:51.72) … Also finished sixth in the 200 at the conference meet (24.32) … Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 400, placing 30th in 53.73 seconds.

2019-20: Named to the NSU AD Honor Roll for the spring semester. Indoor: Enjoyed a stellar junior season indoors, setting two school records … Opened the year by setting a new NSU standard in the 500 meters at George Mason (1:13.77) … Also ran a leg on NSU’s winning 4x400 relay at that meet and the following week at the Albany Great Dane Classic … Was fifth in the 400m at the Gamecock Opener in 54.78 seconds … Also ran well at the VMI Team Challenge, helping the 4x400 relay to another win and placing second in the 200 (24.24 seconds) … Set a new school indoor record in the 400m the following week at Penn State, winning the race in 53.81 seconds … Had a hand in four top-five finishes at the MEAC Indoor Championship … Ran the 400m leg on the winning DMR team at the conference meet, and also helped the 4x400 team place fifth … Won her heat and took second overall in the 400m in 54.16 seconds … Also place fifth in the 200m … Ran an indoor PR of 23.99 in the prelims and posted a time of 24.17 in the finals. Outdoor: Season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2018-19: Named to the MEAC Commissioner’s All-Academic Team. Indoor: Notched sixth-place finishes in the 4x400 at Virginia Tech and in the open 400 meters at VMI to open the indoor season … Clocked a 56.93 400 meters to finish 10th at Penn State … Also took eight in the 200m at PSU (indoor PR of 25.02) … Was also top-five in both events at the Liberty Flames Invitational … Finished as runner-up in an indoor PR of 56.14 seconds in the 400 meters at the JDL DMR Invitational …  Earned a bronze medal in the 400 (56.64) and ran a leg on NSU’s fourth-place 4x400 relay team at the MEAC Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Ran a leg on NSU’s winning sprint medley relay team at the Florida Relays … Also clocked what was then a PR in the 400m, 55.62, at the same meet … PRed in both the 200 (23.80) and 400 (54.94) at the Virginia Grand Prix while also helping the Spartans’ 4x100 relay team win its event … Clocked yet another PR in the quarter-mile at the MEAC Outdoor Championships, taking fourth place in 53.50 … Also ran a wind-aided 23.74 in the 200 and helped the Spartans’ 4x400 place seventh … Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round in the 400 meters … Ran a time of 54.15 seconds, her second-fastest ever, in the first round of regionals to take 31st.

2017-18: Member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester. Indoor: Won the 300 meters (39.96) in her first collegiate track meet, the Jack Pyrah Invitational at Villanova … Also ran on the 4x400 relay team that placed fourth at the meet … Clocked a 400m time of 57.67 to place fourth at the VMI Keydet Invitational … Also ran a leg on NSU’s fourth-place 4x400 relay team at VMI … Ran a season-best time of 56.48 to place third in the 400m at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational … Qualified for the MEAC Indoor Championships in the 200 and 400 … Was seventh in the 400m finals at the conference meet … Also ran a leg on NSU’s winning distance medley relay team and third-place 4x400 relay at the indoor championship. Outdoor: Earned second-place finishes in the 400 meters at the Colonial Relays (56.04) and Charlotte Invitational (55.56) … Placed fourth in the 200 at the VSU Trojan Invitational (24.93) and fifth at the Virginia Grand Prix (24.48) … Ran a PR of 54.82 seconds en route to a sixth-place finish in the 400m at the MEAC Outdoor Championships … Also ran a PR of 24.09 in the 200m at the conference meet in the prelims … Ran a leg on NSU’s seventh-place 4x400 relay team at the MEAC outdoor meet.

High School: Four-year letterwinner … As a senior, was outdoor conference champion in the 200 and 400 meters, regional champ in the 400 meters and placed in the top five at the state 5A meet in both events … Took third at the state meet in the 200 and fifth in the 400 (season-best time of 56.72) … During indoor season, qualified for the state meet in the 300, 500 and 4x200 relay … Was also a state outdoor meet and New Balance Outdoor Nationals qualifier in the 400 as a junior … Clocked a PR of 55.50 seconds in the 400 during her junior campaign … That same year, helped the North Stafford 4x400 relay team win the state indoor title and finish runner-up outdoors before advancing to New Balance nationals in both seasons.
