2-time MEAC Men's XC Athlete of the Week during the month of September...won the individual titles at meets hosted by nationally-ranked opponents Virginia and William & Mary...helped the Spartans finish first as a team at both competitions...ran the MEAC's fastest 8K time this year (as of Sept. 26) with a clocking of 25:03.25 at U.Va. on Sept. 10...ran a 6K time of 18:27 in finishing first at W&M (Sept. 25)...his performances helped the NSU men ascend to the No. 8 ranking in the USTFCCCA Southeast Region Poll as of Sept. 27.
