NSU Men Look for 3rd Straight Win, Host Coppin State on Saturday

NORFOLK, Va.
- The Norfolk State University men's basketball team resumes MEAC play looking for its third consecutive win when it hosts Coppin State on Saturday. The game has been designated Youth Day. All youth (17 and under) get in free with a paying adult.

NSU improved to 4-8 on the season with an 87-83 win over North Carolina Central on Monday, giving the Spartans their fi rst two-game winning streak of the season. Coppin State enters the game 3-11 and on a nine-game losing streak. The Eagles haven't played since a 72-38 loss at Missouri on Dec. 27. CSU is led by All-MEAC guard Tywain McKee, who averaged 14.7 points and nearly two steals per game. A'Daeron Duncan and Robert Pressey both average at least seven points per game.
