NORFOLK, Va. - "Inside Spartan Sports", a weekly one-hour radio show, will make its debut on Wednesday, Jan. 7 from 7-8 p.m. on local Fox Sports affiliate WXTG 102.1 FM "The Game."  The program will focus on NSU Athletics and feature NSU coaches, administrators, student-athletes and other special guests.
 
NSU head football coach Pete Adrian, head women's basketball coach Tara Owens, head men's basketball coach Anthony Evans and NSU play-by-play announcer Ross Gordon will be featured on Wednesday's show.

Craig Cotton, associate athletics director and executive director of the NSU Athletics Foundation, serves as host for "Inside Spartan Sports," which will be broadcast live from WXTZ 102.1 FM's studio in Virginia Beach, Va. The program is sponsored by the NSU Athletics Foundation and the Team Spartan Corporate Partners.
 
WXTZ 102.1 FM "The Game" is the flagship station for the Washington Redskins football team in Hampton Roads.  The station is owned by Redskins' owner Daniel Snyder through Red Zebra Broadcasting. “The Game” can also be heard on 1490 AM on the Hampton Roads Peninsula.
