NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk State celebrates its 2009 homecoming this week, culminating with the Spartans (3-4, 2-3 MEAC) taking on Howard (2-5, 0-4) on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Dick Price Stadium.

The Spartans are coming off a 34-20 loss to Florida A&M last Saturday in Tallahassee, while the Bison have lost three in a row after a 30-19 setback last week against North Carolina A&T.
