Spartan Men Face Hampton in Key MEAC Contest

NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk State men's basketball team (5-17, 4-6 MEAC) looks to get back in the win column this Saturday when it renews its rivalry with Hampton (8-15, 4-6) at the HU Convocation Center. Tip-off is 6 p.m.

The Spartans had their two-game win streak snapped with a 54-52 defeat at the hands of Delaware State on Monday night. Hampton won 55-53 at Winston-Salem State the same evening, and has split its last eight games.

NSU has won the last three games in the series, including a 66-50 decision on Jan. 16 at Echols Hall in the first meeting this year.
