GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Norfolk State women's basketball team plays its final game of the regular season tonight at North Carolina A&T. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.

NSU (4-21, 0-15 MEAC) dropped its two games over the weekend, falling 80-62 at Morgan State on Saturday and 70-53 at Coppin State on Monday. Tyisha Bridges (Greensboro, N.C.), Raychele Payne (Newport News. Va.) and Whitney Long (Raleigh, N.C.) each tallied 12 points against MSU, while Recca Trice (Arlington, Texas) scored a team- and career-high 12 points at CSU.

On the season, Long leads the Spartans in scoring with 10.4 points per game. Batavia Owens (Norfolk, Va.) leads the defense with 5.6 rebounds per game. As a team, the Spartans are shooting 36.8 percent from the field, 26.5 percent from 3-point range and 65.8 percent from the free-throw line.

Ross Gordon will call the game for NSU beginning approximately 5:45 p.m. WNSB 91.1 FM.
