Final Results

BALTIMORE, Md. – Norfolk State University junior sprinter Sean Holston won the 400 meters at the Morgan State Legacy meet on Saturday at Hughes Stadium in personal-best time.

Holston clocked a time of 46.40 seconds, beating his best effort from this season by .23 (Raleigh Relays, 46.63). Holston also bettered his top high school time of 46.47 seconds in the process.

Holston had NSU's only victory Saturday, but teammate Keith Nkrumah picked up top-five finishes in both the 110 hurdles (second, 14.32) and 200 meters (fifth, 21.58 seconds). Additionally, Vincent Brown placed fifth in the 800 (1:53.93) and Jonathan Griffin did likewise in the 5,000 (16:25.36).

Aramis Massenburg, Darris Shelton, Kenneth Smith and Quinten Walker were fourth in the 4x100 relay (42.33 seconds).
