NORFOLK, Va. – Due to an inauspicious weather forecast in Farmville, Va., Tuesday's baseball game between Norfolk State and Longwood has been moved to NSU's
Marty L. Miller Field.
First pitch is slated for 4 p.m. The game will be the first home contest for the Spartans (3-4), who have had two home series and a home tournament canceled due to inclement weather in the last three weekends.
As part of the Monday's announcement, the schools will also now move their scheduled game next Tuesday (March 17) from Norfolk to Farmville. That game will begin at 3 p.m.
