NORFOLK, Va. – The Norfolk State-Hampton softball game scheduled for Friday has been postponed due to inclement weather. The contest will be pushed back to its original time slot of noon on Sunday.
 
The start of the three-game series was moved to Friday to accommodate an ESPNU broadcast. As a result of the postponement, there will be no TV game now.
 
Saturday's doubleheader will still begin at its normal 1 p.m. time at the Lady Pirates Softball Stadium. Sunday's contest will mark the close of the regular season for both teams.
