NORFOLK, Va. – The Norfolk State football team reports for its preseason training camp this Wednesday, with the first official practice set for 10 a.m. Thursday (Aug. 1) at the team's practice field.
All weekday practices are slated to be at the practice field, weather permitting. Scrimmages will be held on three consecutive Saturdays – Aug. 10 and 17 at 1 p.m. and Aug. 24 at 7 p.m. – all at William "Dick" Price Stadium.
Practices are generally open to the public. Media should contact the Sports Information Office prior to attending to confirm practice location and make interview requests.
Season tickets for the 2019 season are on sale now at
www.nsuspartanstickets.com and at the NSU Ticket Center, which is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Single-game tickets go on sale Thursday.
All Spartan games will be broadcast on campus radio station WNSB Hot 91.1 FM this year. All eight MEAC games will be available on ESPN video streaming services, either ESPN3 or ESPN+. More details on the streaming schedule will be announced in the coming weeks.
