NORFOLK, Va. – Season streaming packages are now available for Norfolk State softball and baseball, as every home game during the 2020 season will be streamed live via the athletic department's website, www.NSUSpartans.com/Watch.
 
Season packages are on sale now as the two programs begin their 10^th year in a row streaming all home games. A season package for baseball this year runs $95, a savings of $31 off the collective game-by-game price. Fans will have access to all 22 singles games and both doubleheaders in 2020.
 
The softball season package goes for $100, a $34 savings off the collective game-by-game price. It includes all 13 doubleheaders and six single games this season. Included in those 13 doubleheaders are days when NSU plays two different opponents back-to-back during the three weekends of the Pirate Classic.
 
Every game hosted by Norfolk State as part of the Pirate Classic, even ones that do not involve the Spartans, will be broadcast via NSUSpartans.com/Watch. This will mark the second year in a row the softball stream will utilize a go-pro camera mounted behind home fence, offering a view of the entire field.
 
Single game and doubleheaders passes are also available for both sports. Single-game passes for baseball and softball cost $5, while doubleheader passes are $8. Fans who purchase single-game or doubleheader passes must buy them the day of the actual contest. Subscribers must create a username and password prior to making a purchase.

Each broadcast will have a desktop DVR function, allowing fans to pause, rewind and fast forward at their convenience within the live event. Each game will automatically be available in the on-demand video section immediately after the conclusion of the event.
 
Along with desktop and laptop computers, the Spartan Showcase Video Streaming webpage is also accessible via all Android and Apple tablets and smartphones. Fans can watch any live or on-demand Norfolk State athletics event while on-the-go.
 
NSU baseball will start is 2020 season off at home on Feb. 14 against Wagner to begin a three-game weekend series. The NSU softball team begins its season a week earlier but won't play at home until Feb. 20 for a doubleheader versus Radford.
