NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk State University fans are invited to join head football coach
Latrell Scott and his coaching staff for a National Signing Day party at Roger Brown's Restaurant and Sports Bar in Portsmouth on Wednesday, Feb. 5, from 6-8 p.m.
Scott will offer comments and analysis on the 2020 NSU football recruiting class. Video highlights of each recruit will be played on the restaurant's television screens. Fans will also have the chance to meet and greet the Spartan football coaches and guests during the evening.
Happy Hour beverage specials will be available.
Roger Brown's is located at 316 High Street in Portsmouth.
