Rebecchini and

Ibrahim Abbas and Roosevelt Brown were defeated 6-0, 6-0 by Donte Armbrister and Cliff Dwyer at the No. 2 position, while
Ryan Richter and
Vincent Jarvis lost by the same score on Court 3.
Â
The Spartans couldn't get a game on the 4-6 singles slate, but the 1-3 portion fared better. Hampton's Fayz Mavlyudov defeated Abbas 6-2, 6-2 at No. 3 singles, before Dwyer bested Massoni Lena 6-4, 6-3.
Â
Fresh off winning the MEAC Player of the Week award, Rebecchini added another win to his resume on Wednesday. After dropping the first set 6-1, Rebecchini took the second and third 6-1, 6-3 for his sixth singles victory of the season.
Â
