NORFOLK, Va. - The Norfolk State University Athletic Department, Virginia 529, and the NSU Football team are running a sweepstakes where Spartan fans have the chance to win a family four pack of tickets.
Spartan fans have the opportunity to win a family four pack of season tickets and a season long parking pass for the 2023 football season. The sweepstakes runs until August 23 with a winner to be selected and announced on August 24.
