NORFOLK, Va. --- The Norfolk State women's basketball team returns home following three games on the road on Wednesday, Nov. 20 at 7 p.m. at Echols Hall
Last time out the Spartans defeated Hampton 62-53 in the Battle of the Bay, moving to 3-1 on the season. The win marked the third straight win for the Spartans over the Pirates.

Kierra Wheeler led the Spartans in the win with 16 points. Graduate
Diamond Johnson (15) and graduate
Niya Fields (12) also scored double figures. As a team, NSU forced 26 turnovers in the win.
Norfolk State and Radford meet for the 15th time on Wednesday. Radford leads the all-time series 9-5 against the Spartans. Last season, the Spartans defeated the Highlanders 70-46 at the Dedmon Center in Radford, Va.
Wednesday's game will air live on WNSB 91.1 FM, featuring Ross Gordon and Woube Gebre on the call.
