NORFOLK, Va. – The media credential application is now open for the upcoming football matchup between Norfolk State and Delaware State at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pa. The game is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 30, with kickoff set for 7:00 p.m. and will broadcast live on ESPNU.
Media members interested in covering the game must complete the official credential application.
