NORFOLK, Va. – The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) announced its 2025 Football All-Conference teams on Tuesday afternoon, with three Spartans earning second-team honors: David Ojiegbe, Terique Miles, and Jaylen White.
Ojiegbe turned in a standout season on the defensive line, recording 30 total tackles (19 solo, 19 assisted) while leading the team in tackles for loss (8.5 for 38 yards) and sacks (6.5 for 34 yards). He also added two quarterback hurries and one forced fumble. His 6.5 sacks ranked fifth in the MEAC, while his 8.5 tackles for loss placed him 16th in the conference.
Miles, the anchor of the Spartan defense, finished the season with a team-high 85 total tackles, second most in the MEAC. His 35 solo stops ranked 11th in the conference, and he added 5.0 tackles for loss, four pass breakups, two quarterback hurries, and one fumble recovery to round out his all-around performance.
White excelled as one of the conference's top return specialists, leading the MEAC in total kickoff return yardage with 685 yards. He averaged 21.4 yards per return and recorded a long return of 55 yards during the season.
