Spartan Nation,
As we prepare for Homecoming weekend, please review the wristband procedures for Saturday's game day activities.
Wristband requirements are different for the
general public and
Norfolk State students, so please read the information below carefully.
GENERAL PUBLIC
A wristband is NOT required for general admission fans.
Your
game day ticket is all you need to enter campus on Saturday. Once your ticket is scanned and verified at the exterior campus gates, you may enter campus and enjoy the tailgate and other Homecoming game day activities.
Want to get through the gates faster?
General admission fans may choose to pick up a wristband on Friday.
The wristband is
completely optional and is designed to help speed up your entry onto campus. Fans with wristbands can move through the exterior gates without waiting in the regular ticket-scanning line.
If you are unable to pick up a wristband on Friday,
you can still enter campus on Saturday with your valid game ticket. You will simply use the regular entry line and have your ticket scanned.
IMPORTANT: ONCE YOU RECEIVE A WRISTBAND
If you choose to receive a wristband, the wristband becomes your game-day admission credential.
- NSU staff will place the wristband directly on your wrist at pickup.
- Do not remove or cut off your wristband before or during game day.
- Once a wristband has been issued, your original game ticket will no longer scan for admission.
- You must have the wristband on your wrist when entering campus and the stadium.
- If the wristband is removed, lost or damaged, you may not be able to enter the stadium.
