NORFOLK, Va. — The Norfolk State women's basketball team hosts Howard on Thursday, March 5, at 5:30 p.m. inside Joseph G. Echols Memorial Hall with a share of the MEAC regular-season championship on the line. A win would give the Spartans a share of the title for the fourth consecutive season.
