NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk State football will take the field for the annual Green & Gold Spring Game on Saturday afternoon at William "Dick" Price Stadium, giving Spartan Nation its first look at the 2026 squad.
SETTING THE SCENE
The day will serve as a celebration of Norfolk State football, with activities beginning prior to kickoff and culminating in the team's annual intrasquad scrimmage. Fans are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy a full afternoon of football and family-friendly entertainment.
The fan zone and tailgate experience will open at 12 p.m., featuring local food trucks, music, and interactive opportunities for fans of all ages. The Green & Gold Spring Game scrimmage is set to begin at 2 p.m. inside Dick Price Stadium.

FIRST LOOK AT THE SPARTANS
Saturday's practice marks the conclusion of Norfolk State's spring practice slate and provides the first opportunity for fans to see the Spartans under the direction of second-year head coach Michael Vick in a game-like setting.
The scrimmage will feature the team split into Green and Gold squads, showcasing position battles, returning talent, and an early glimpse at new additions to the roster.
