NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk State fans will have a new way to follow the Spartans this fall, with three football games, 14 volleyball matches and the MEAC Cross Country Championships set to stream live on the MEAC Network.
The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference announced its 2026 MEAC Network fall schedule Tuesday, featuring up to 13 football games and 82 volleyball matches league-wide on the conference's rebranded streaming platform.
Norfolk State's coverage begins Saturday, Aug. 29, when the Spartans open the season against Winston-Salem State at 6 p.m. at William "Dick" Price Stadium. The game is the second event on the entire MEAC Network fall calendar.
Spartan volleyball carries the heaviest presence on the platform, with all 14 conference matches scheduled for the MEAC Network, seven of them at Gill Gymnasium. Coverage opens Friday, Sept. 25, against Morgan State and runs through the regular-season finale at Howard on Friday, Nov. 13. The full MEAC Volleyball Championship, held Nov. 20–22, will also stream on the platform.
The MEAC Cross Country Championships return to Cary, N.C., for a second straight year on Friday, Oct. 30, with a start time to be announced. The Spartan men will chase a seventh consecutive title and 18th overall, while the women look to return to the top of the podium after winning back-to-back championships in 2023 and 2024.
Norfolk State's remaining football games are scheduled across ESPN platforms as part of the conference's separately announced 23-game ESPN schedule. All MEAC-controlled regular-season contests not carried on linear networks stream on ESPN+.
