Biography

2014 (Senior)
Started all 12 games at corner for the second straight season … named to the All-MEAC third team … tied for 15th in the MEAC in passes defended, with seven … recorded 38 total tackles, 27 of them solo and 11 assisted … made two tackles for loss … opened the year with four tackles, half for a loss, and broke up two passes at Maine … had four solo tackles and five total, breaking up one pass, against Liberty … also broke up one pass at William & Mary … made four stops against both Buffalo and Morgan State … recorded four tackles, one for loss, and deflected two passes in the win at Hampton … made a season-high seven tackles against N.C. Central.

2013 (Junior)
Started all 12 games and earned All-MEAC first-team honors in his first year playing cornerback at the collegiate level … tied for the MEAC lead and tied for 13th nationally with five interceptions … led the MEAC in interceptions per game (0.42) … an All-MEAC first-team selection … a third-team FCS All-America pick by Beyond Sports Network … second team all-state by both The Roanoke Times and the Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) … in addition to his five picks, also led NSU with 11 pass deflections for a total of 16 passes defended (second in the MEAC) … made 37 tackles on the year, 27 solo and three for lost yardage … also forced one fumble … had his first interception of the year and one additional pass breakup against Maine in the opener … made a career-high nine tackles the next week at Rutgers … had one pass deflection in three straight games, vs. Charleston Southern, Morgan State and Savannah State … had four tackles, an intercepted and two pass deflections at Delaware State … had three solo tackles and a tackle for loss in the Hampton game … also had three solo stops and deflected a pass against ODU … had a career-high four passes defended – one  interception and three breakups – against Florida A&M … that started a streak of three straight games in which Marrow had an interception, which included contests at Bethune-Cookman and N.C. Central … had one tackle for loss against both B-CU and S.C. State … earned a spot on the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the fall 2013 semester.

2012 (Sophomore)
Played in 10 games and started the first eight of the season at free safety … missed the Savannah State game due to injury … tallied 33 tackles on the year, 21 of the solo variety … was credited with 1.5 tackles for loss, two interceptions and three pass breakups … recorded five tackles and a pass breakup in the season-opener with Virginia State … made a career-high seven tackles and broke up another pass against Howard … intercepted his first career pass against S.C. State … had three tackles, half for a loss, and broke up a pass against Delaware State … made three tackles and returned an interception 17 yards deep into Hampton territory against the Pirates … made six tackles against Bethune-Cookman.

2011 (Freshman)
Saw game action in all 12 contests … key special teams player who also was second-team free safety … made 10 tackles on the year, seven of them solo … had a season-best three tackles at West Virginia … recovered a fumbled kickoff which led to an NSU touchdown in the victory at Savannah State … recorded his first career pass deflection in the playoff game at ODU.

2010 (Redshirt)
Redshirted the season

High School
Recorded 30 tackles, six pass deflections, two interceptions and two forced fumbles as a senior … started three games at free safety and eight at corner … had four interceptions as a junior, when he helped Cox reach the playoffs for the first time in its 48-year history … also helped the Falcons make the playoffs his senior year … 100-meter runner and high jumper on the track team … lettered two years in football and four in track.
