2017-18: Indoor: Did not compete. Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 400 hurdles at the Fred Hardy Invitational, finishing in 56.65 seconds … Also ran the 400 hurdles at the Charlotte Invitational, placing 20th.

2016-17: Named to the NSU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for fall and spring semesters and was selected to the MEAC All-Academic Team. Indoor: Did not compete in any meets. Outdoor: Competed in two meets, the Tribe Invitational and Fred Hardy Invitational … Helped the 4x400 relay team win its event at the Tribe Invite … Also ran the 800 there … Ran a leg on the 4x400 relay team that placed fifth at the Fred Hardy Invitational … Also came in sixth in the 400m hurdles and 13^th in the 400 (51.26) there (55.31).
 
2015-16: Indoor: Ran on the Spartans’ 4x400 relay team that won its event at the CNU Holiday Open (3:25.10) … Member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the fall semester. Outdoor: Ran the 4x400 relay and competed in the 400 hurdles … Season-best 400 hurdles time was 55.03 seconds, which he ran in a fourth-place effort at the NSU Twilight Meet … Part of the 4x400 team which placed fifth at Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invitational … Member of the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring semester … Also a member of the MEAC All-Academic Team.
 
2014-15: Indoor: Competed in the 400 meters at the CNU Holiday Open (55.93). Outdoor: Ran the 400 meters at Morgan State (53.16) and the Hampton Relays (54.15) … Also ran the 400 hurdles at Richmond’s Fred Hardy Invitational and ran a leg on the 4x400 relay at the Colonial Relays … Earned a spot on the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the fall 2014 semester.

High School: A three-year letterwinner in track and field … Helped Medgar Evers win the city indoor and outdoor championships his senior year … Ran the 55 (PR 8.03), 110 (15.0) and 400 hurdles (56.2) and on the 4x400 relay team as a senior … Named the team’s Most Improved Athlete as a junior, when he also ran the 200 meters.
