2016-17: Named to the NSU AD’s Honor Roll for the spring semester. Indoor: Competed in four events at the MEAC Indoor Championships … Qualified in the individual 200m and 400, placing 12th and 14th, respectively … Also ran legs on the distance medley relay team that finished third and the 4x400 team which placed sixth … Won the 200 meters at the CNU Vince Brown Invitational (22.35) and ran a season-best 21.86 at the Liberty Kickoff (21.86) … In the 400, was runner-up at the Penn State National (48.93), third at the Art & Linda Maillet UNC Open (49.93) and eighth at Liberty (49.26) … Helped the 4x400 relay team win at CNU’s Holiday Open and ran on the distance medley relay team which was second at the same meet. Outdoor: An NCAA East Preliminary Round qualifier in the 400 hurdles … Ran a PR of 52.18 in the MEAC prelims, then placed third in the conference finals in 52.32 seconds … Clocked a time of 53.44 in the NCAA East regional, good for 35th out of 48 in the prelims … Earned top-five finishes in the 400 hurdles at the Charlotte Invitational (fourth, 53.94), Morgan State Legacy Meet (54.02) and Fred Hardy Invitational (55.29) … Registered personal-bests in the 200 meters (21.68) and 400 meters (48.23) at the Virginia Grand Prix, placing fourth and sixth, respectively … Ran legs on NSU’s fifth-place 4x100 relay and sixth-place 4x400 relay teams at the conference outdoor championship.
 
2015-16: Indoor: Competed in the 400 meters and on NSU’s 4x400 and distance medley relay teams … Helped the 4x400 team win its event at the Art & Linda Maillet UNC Open in 3:21.97 … Also placed third in the individual 400 meters at that meet (50.38) … Led the 4x400 and DMR teams to fourth-place finishes at the CNU Captains Invitational … Helped both teams score points at the MEAC Indoor Championships … Ran a leg on NSU’s third-place DMR team (10:23.43) and sixth-place 4x400 team (3:20.10) … Also qualified for the MEAC indoor meet in the 400 meters. Outdoor: Led the 4x400 relay team to a sixth-place effort at the MEAC Outdoor Championships in a season-best time of 3:12.98 … Qualified for the finals of the 400 hurdles with the eighth-fastest preliminary time (54.43), but did not finish in the finals … Season-best 400 hurdles time was a 53.55 at NSU’s Twilight Meet, where he placed second … Also ran a 53.69 at the Aggie Last Chance meet.
 
Junior College: Competed two years for Monroe College … Ran the 400m hurdles and the 400 and 500-meter dash events … Earned junior college All-American honors in the 4x400 relay as a freshman.
 
High School: Lettered four years in football … Did not run track until his senior year, when he ran a personal-best time of 38.5 in the 300 hurdles … Helped the Windsor 4x400 relay team earn All-American honors with a fourth-place finish at  the 2013 New Balance Outdoor Nationals (3:13).
