    2008 (Junior): Started all 12 games under center…passed for 1,542 yards and nine touchdowns while rushing for 466 yards and seven more scores…finished fourth in the MEAC in passing yards per game (128.5 yards per game) and total offense (2008 yards, 167.3 ypg)…set a new NSU single-season record for rushing yards by a quarterback…was second on the team in rushing TDs…passed for a touchdown on the opening drive of the season, hitting Sherron Childress for a 21-yard score…tossed a 22-yard TD to Dario Walker in the win over N.C. A&T…had 62 yards rushing at William & Mary and 67 more the following week at Bethune-Cookman…had his first career rushing touchdown at B-CU on a 30-yard scamper…completed 14 of 27 passes for 189 yards and two touchdowns at Hampton…had his best game of the year against Florida A&M…rushed for 131 yards and a touchdown and accounted for a season-high 192 yards and another score through the air…the 131 yards are the most on record by an NSU quarterback…his 37-yard TD pass to Walker tied the game with FAMU in the final minute…completed a season-high 71 percent of his passes (15-of-21) with one TD rushing and one passing at Howard…ran for two touchdowns in the win over Morgan State…matched his season high with two touchdowns passing against Delaware State …also ran for 97 yards on nine carries, including a 51-yard rushing TD, vs. DSU…completed 16-of-26 passes for one TD at WSSU. 
     At UConn: Attended UConn for three years…started two games (Rutgers, West Virginia) as a freshman in 2005…completed 28-of-54 passes for 293 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions…redshirted 2006…went 5-for-12 for 48 yards and one TD as the Huskies’ backup in 2007. 
    High School: Was named third-team all-state Class 6A and first-team All-Dade County as a senior, when he passed for 2,001 yards and 18 touchdowns…was voted team MVP…was also named MVP of the Dade-Broward County All-Star Game after running for the winning touchdown in the final minute of play…passed for more than 1,000 yards as a junior but missed much of the season due to injury…also lettered four years in track and field…advanced to the state meet in the long jump as a sophomore and was named track team MVP as a junior.
