     At Penn State: Played two years of football at PSU (2006-07), catching 12 passes for 209 yards.
     High School: Ranked the No. 5 wide receiver in the nation his senior season by Scout.Com…first-team All-Eastern District and all-state selection…played in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl…caught 32 passes for 340 yards and 12 touchdowns as a senior…tallied 52 catches for 700 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior…also a track standout, Bell was the first athlete in Virginia history to win the state championship in the 110 hurdles four straight years…also won the state title in the 55 hurdles as a senior.
