2009 (Junior)
Appeared in 10 games, starting seven…ranked third on the team with 25 catches and fourth with 191 yards…caught at least one pass in eight games…snared six receptions in a game twice, matching his career high…had six grabs for 34 yards in the loss to S.C. State…had six catches for a season-high 46 yards in the loss at FAMU…had three receptions for 38 yards, including a season-long 17-yarder, in the finale against WSSU…had one kick return for seven yards and two punt returns for nine yards on the season.
2008 (Sophomore)
Played in nine games, starting four (Virginia State, N.C. A&T, William & Mary, Howard)…missed three games due to a sprained ankle suffered at Bethune-Cookman…tied for third on the team with 18 catches and was fourth with 207 receiving yards…also returned 10 kickoffs for 183 yards (18.3 average) and four punts for 87 yards (21.8 average)…had his best all-around game of the year at Kentucky, catching five passes for 69 yards… also returned one punt for 37 yards and one kickoff return for nine yards in that game to finish with 115 all-purpose yards…returned seven kickoffs for 136 yards (19.4 average) at William & Mary…caught two passes for 52 yards, including a long of 30 yards, before leaving due to injury at B-CU…caught a career-high six passes for 41 yards in the finale at Winston-Salem State.
2007 (Freshman)
Played in all 11 games and started four as NSU’s third receiver…one of the team’s faster offensive players, Wicker was an asset receiving, running the ball and on special teams…ranked third on the team with 25 catches for 466 yards…led the team in yards per catch (18.6)…ranked ninth in the MEAC in receiving yards per game (42.6)…caught a pass in all 11 games…made five receptions for 172 yards, the most by a Spartan during the season, at North Carolina A&T…hauled in his first two career touchdowns against the Aggies, covering 19 and 69 yards…the 69-yard TD pass was the longest offensive play for NSU during the season…was named MEAC Rookie of the Week for his performance at N.C. A&T…made a 4-yard touchdown grab against Howard…hauled in four passes against Winston-Salem State and three against both Howard and Florida A&M…also returned eight punts for 50 yards (6.2 average) and eight kickoffs for 181 yards (22.6 average)…finished third on the team in all-purpose yardage (63.8 ypg)…also ran the ball four times during the season.
